People Magazine has rate Sonam Kapoor as most well dressed celebrity in bollywood. But I am still not able to figure out which parameter they look for selection.(?) In my opinion Sonam Kapoor is never upto the mark. Hell, she not daughter of Anil Kapoor no one would ever know there is someone like Sonam who don’t even know how to talk in public.  Wayyy I sound bit rude, excuse me for that.
